Strategic Advisory
Reports

This can take the form of a stand-alone report, or a monitoring service (e.g. a weekly or monthly report) to keep clients fully appraised of an evolving situation. These cover a range of topics including:

  • Competitor strategy

  • Reputation analysis

  • Government regulation and policy

  • Market entry strategy

  • Insights on tender processes

Compliance &
Due Diligence

Pre-transactional compliance due diligence is an integral part of any M&A or partnership deal; it is also a fiduciary duty for a company board. We help clients all over the world by examining the many risks and regulatory obligations facing companies involved in transaction processes.

This is particularly important when companies are engaged in cross border transactions and encounter challenges like bribery, corruption, money laundering, sanctions, supply chain integrity, and different legal and regulatory systems.

Clients often underestimate the importance of due diligence, leaving them open to unforeseen obstacles and costs in the future.

Litigation Support &
Asset Tracing

Legal cases and disputes often involve accessing non-public, accurate information while remaining compliant with all relevant laws. Too often, parties are provided with open-source information which cannot be acted upon.
